If you have an FTTP, FTTC, or HFC connection then this connection box, or NTD (Network Termination Device) is your office's internet gateway. It turns the fibre line outside your building into a reliable internet signal that your Wi-Fi router and devices use.

Without this connection box, your business internet connection can’t function

It’s especially important if you want to leverage upgraded nbn speeds for your business and avoid connection hiccups.
