How it works
Step 1: Sign up
Sign up to a Superloop home broadband plan (nbn, Fixed Wireless, or Fibre).
Step 2: Access referral code
Once you’re a customer you can access the SuperHub portal (where you can manage all your Superloop services) and retrieve your referral code.
Step 3: Generate referral code
You can find your code by clicking on the ‘Useful tools’ menu and selecting ‘Free with Friends’. Just select your service to generate your code.
Step 4: Share the code
Then all you need to do is share the code with your friends. Because it’s digital you can send it via messenger, email, or even text.
Step 5: Get your discount
If a friend signs up to a Superloop home broadband plan using your code, a 10% discount (up to $10/mth per referral) will automatically be applied to your next broadband bill.

How to share your code
Things you need to know
Get your code and share it with friends, family, cousins, and even your delivery person. As soon as they sign-up to a Superloop Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan and pay their first plan fee on an activated service, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your next Superloop Home Broadband bill (up to $10/mth per referral), which can last up to 6-months. The more people who sign-up using your code during the promotion period, the bigger your discount (up to 100% off your monthly bill).
For each person who signs up to a Superloop Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan using your referral code, we’ll reward you with a 10% discount on your next Superloop Home Broadband plan bill. Each discount lasts up to 6-months for each successful referral made within the promotion period. So, the more people who sign up with your code, the bigger your discount. You could end up with FREE internet if enough people sign up.
Discounts earned from friends using your referral code can last up to 6-months (max), as long as their account remains active, and they stay with Superloop within those 6 months. So, if a friend leaves us after four months, your next monthly bill will reflect their departure. While a little sad (for both of us), it’s not all bad.
Hey, you do you, we don’t judge. But yes, you can recover that discount by getting another person to sign-up to a Superloop Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan using your referral code during the promotion period. “Keep your code close and your friends even closer” ... that’s what we always say.
Once a qualified discount reaches the 6-month mark it ends, and your next monthly bill will be adjusted accordingly. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t keep the savings rolling in. Simply keep sharing your code within the promotion period with friends and family so when a discount reaches its end another one is ready to take its place.

Anyone who signs up using your referral code earns you a 10% discount on your next Superloop Home Broadband plan bill (up to $10/mth per referral), which can last up to 6-months.
Your friends must sign-up to a Superloop Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan and pay their first plan fee on an activated service for the discount to qualify.
Discounts will be applied to your next monthly Superloop Home Broadband bill.
Discounts will be applied for a maximum of up to 6-months per referral, as long as the person using your code remains an active Superloop Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless customer during the 6-month period.
If a friend cancels their Superloop Home Broadband nbn or Fixed Wireless plan, your next monthly Superloop Home Broadband plan bill will be adjusted accordingly.
You can share your code as often as you want so you can keep getting discounts during the promotion period.
The promotion period continues while advertised by Superloop in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
