Outages

For our customers, the best way to receive up to date notifications on any non-major planned or unplanned outages is via our mobile app. We will also notify you by SMS and/or email for unplanned outages.

Our 4G supplier, Telstra is currently experiencing a significant local outage affecting services in BARNEY POINT, BOYNE ISLAND, CALLEMONDAH, CLINTON, CORAL SEA, GLADSTONE HARBOUR, GLEN EDEN, KIN KORA, NEW AUCKLAND, OCONNELL, SOUTH GLADSTONE, SOUTH TREES, SUN VALLEY, TANNUM SANDS, TELINA, TOOLOOA, WEST GLADSTONE 4680, 4800 QLD.

4G service outage due to site failure.

Approximately 4069 services may be impacted. 

The estimated time of restoration is yet to be determined.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the Indigo West link due to instability. Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available. Support remains available via phone and email during this time.
