Superloop has launched PriceLock for eligible new and existing customers

Household bills are doing what household bills seem to do best… going up and up. Superloop is giving eligible new & existing customers a simple way to create a little more certainty when it comes to their bills, with the launch of Superloop PriceLock.

For a one-off upfront fee of $25, eligible customers can lock in the list price of their standard ongoing broadband plan for two years, while also securing their current speed tier for the same period.

That means more predictability, fewer surprises and one less thing to worry about when managing the monthly budget.

Superloop PriceLock is a simple add-on that lets eligible customers keep their current monthly list plan price for two years. PriceLock is not a contract and there is no lock-in period, so customers remain on a month-to-month service and can cancel at any time.

If standard pricing changes during that period, the customer’s locked monthly list plan price stays the same. PriceLock is available to eligible customers only and can be activated through the Superloop App or SuperHub.
