Superloop named exclusive telecommunications infrastructure provider in two site, 1,100+ premises deal with Investa

Superloop has been selected by Investa to be their exclusive telecommunications infrastructure provider for more than 1,100 premises across two upcoming sites in the build-to-rent market.

Following an extensive tender process, Superloop was appointed to deliver high-speed connectivity to more than 700 units in Footscray and an additional 445 apartments in Southbank with both Victorian developments expected to be completed in 2025.

Superloop will build a wholesale FTTP network that it will own and operate for the lifetime of the buildings. These networks will deliver superfast broadband, voice, MATV and smart building services at both future developments.
