We cleaned up big time at the 2026 WeMoney Telco & Broadband Awards.

Nine wins. Two brands. One very happy Superloop team. Here's what the 2026 WeMoney Awards mean for the people who matter most: our customers.

The 2026 WeMoney Telco & Broadband Awards are no small thing. WeMoney's research team and an independent panel of industry executives assessed providers across NBN, Fibre, Prepaid Mobile, and more, scoring each on affordability, accessibility and customer experience. With more providers in market than ever, it was their most competitive year yet.

So we'll say it plainly: this one means something.

Winning back-to-back hits differently. Once is an awesome piece of recognition. Getting it two years in a row tells you the product is genuinely working, the experience is holding up, and the team behind it isn't letting the momentum slip.

For Superloop, that means being named Broadband Provider of the Year for Fibre two years straight, alongside back-to-back wins for Regular Speed and Ultra Speed Fibre Plans. For Exetel, it means continuing to lead on NBN quality, a category where the bar is set by customers, not committees.

“The WeMoney awards are assessed on real-world criteria, price, customer experience, flexibility, and quality. They reflect what Australians actually think about their internet and mobile providers,” said Mehul Dave, Superloop’s Group Executive – Consumer. “Being recognised across value, quality, and experience in the same year, two years in a row, means we're not just winning awards. We're winning the reasons people actually switch.”

Thank you to every Superloop and Exetel customer. These ones are yours too.
