As a Superloop nbn residential customer with an eligible plan and connection, My Speed Boost™ lets you to instantly and temporarily upgrade your Superloop nbn service speed with the push of a button (or to set a scheduled time) when you log into SuperHub™.
If you’re on an eligible Superloop nbn plan and activate My Speed Boost™, you get up to 24 hours of faster internet speeds (almost double).

Don’t worry, your 5 FREE Speed Upgrade Days reload at the start of each billable month. But should you use them all you can purchase additional Speed Upgrade Days for just $2/day.
Not at all! Any unused FREE Bonus Speed Upgrade Days will rollover at the end of your monthly billing period into your My Speed Boost™ Bank to a maximum of 30 days.
Please note that My Speed Boost™ is only available to Superloop residential nbn customers. Only customers whose nbn plan service speed is between 50/20Mbps and 750/50Mbps (and only 50/20Mbps for FTTN) qualify for 5 FREE Speed Upgrade Days per month and My Speed Boost™ Bank. All Superloop residential nbn customers (except those on 250/100Mbps, 1000/100Mbps, 2000/100Mbps or 2000/200Mbps plan) on these technology types are able to purchase Speed Upgrade Days in SuperHub™ for $2/day.
If you downgrade your Superloop nbn plan to an Everyday 25/10Mbps, you will forfeit the balance of your FREE Bonus Speed Upgrade Days accumulated in My Speed Boost™ Bank. Purchased Speed Upgrade Days are used after My Speed Boost™ Bank days as you schedule or trigger them, and do not add to My Speed Boost™ Bank.
Actual upgrade speeds achieved may be lower than the indicated Speed Tier due to many factors including your network configuration, the location and type of content, the number of users simultaneously accessing the network and the performance of third-party infrastructure that Superloop does not control.
